7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.  Law students attend Minnesota Supreme Court The Monticello High School Criminal/Personal Law classes, attended the Minnesota Supreme Court on Monday, May 13, 2013. At issue was whether a MN statute was vague and whether the defendants 1st amendment rights concerning free speech were violated.
After the court proceedings the group of about 30 students, along with Teacher Ms. Wolfsteller and chaperone Ms. Stanton met with Court of Appeals Judge Michelle A. Larkin. After speaking to the group, Judge Larkin invited the group to see her judges chambers.
